This lovely vintage pin features the word Sweetheart on a rhinestone pavé nameplate. It is connected to a locket, with a mother of pearl heart cabochon and an enamel painted Army Signal Corps Insignia on top.
Locket opens and closes easily and securely. Circa 1940’s.
